One thing that strikes me funny is the possibilities of tracing this leak.

2 situations come to mind:

1) This was shown in a dark meeting room. The people in the room would be known quantities to Arkane/Bethesda. Easy to nail the source of the leak.

2) This was a trailer that was leaked to someone and then they watched it in a dark room. Not so easy to nail the source of the leak since they'd have gotten the media from someone else.

Looking at the image though, I think it'd be fairly easy to mock up since there are large versions of The Outsider Mark (seen tiled in the background of the image) online, and similarly, I'm sure it's fairly easy enough to find a usable version of the bird as well, albeit that would need modifications.

I think this is someone who simply mocked up an image, displayed it on a monitor in a dark room, and planted the PS4 controller in an attempt to lend credibility to the rumour.

Too easy to mock up screens with logos and existing assets, in my opinion.

Rarely, but sometimes yes. We had a few in the past taken from the E3 rehearsals. But Sony has since upped their security and it doesn't happen anymore.

That stuff all looked legit, and we know they have been working on new project. Possibly 2 different teams one is in Lyon, the other in Austin.

2 Different teams. One might be working on Prey 2 the other working on Dishonored 2. Which to me is real, and happening based on success from 2012.

They worked on DLC that just completed in 2013. And I heard thing's over at zenimax were restructuring, reorganizing teams on different projects. Dishonored 2, Prey 2, Doom 4, Wolfenstein.

Some people might have gotten shuffled around.

Calling bullshit again if the source is implying they were in a meeting where they captured the offscreen shot from.

IT5 seems unlikely as does Doom 4 being a preorder bonus when we don't know what state D4 is in right now. The consumer is going to get this when they preorder? Have betas ever worked this way? (EDIT: Someone pointed out the new Wolfenstein game offers D4 Beta access as a preorder incentive, I stand corrected.)

I don't doubt that Arkane is working on Dishonoured 2, but I don't think this leak is real.

I like how they took the contents of 3 ppt slides and merged them into a single handy .PNG image for us, personally.

I also like how there's a hashtag on every slide for an internal presentation document and the presentation opens with "witness the full presentation at E3"... because anyone internal they're presenting this to wouldn't be able to see the full presentation and/or more at anytime they wanted to?

As much as I want this to be real, this seems damning to me.

Also, Annihilate the Outsider? This seems to clash a bit with the concept of the Outsider as a force that is not truly evil, even if it's definitely not good.

It would make no sense to include a DOOM beta key in a 2016 release, and also include it in a 2014 release. Unless DOOM is suddenly a 2017 game at this point.

But no matter, we'll probably see the game this year anyway.

Hopefully it's better than Dishonored 1. That game sits along with MW3 campaign and a few others that actually managed to put me to sleep while playing it.
Also that 2016 date sure is far away. Does that mean we could see Prey 2 in 2015 then? The presssneakfucks said it was happening.
