Wow, thanks! I don't know why I have been holding out on Tokyo Jungle, but it doesn't matter anymore!
Besides that and a couple other PS3 games, I will also consider buying some PS1 classics, especially Crash Team Racing, of which I only played a demo, which was awesome.

Jonathan Blow is an Indie developer who was involved in the creation of Braid and The Witness which is a PC/PS4 Title.
He is a well respected in the Indie circle
The Joke fellow gaffers are making is that Blow called out MS for selling Braid at a low price without telling him. It ended up being he did know that MS was selling the game at the price the two parties agreed on.

What did you guys find better about 2? I remember thinking 3 was incredible at the time, and definitely the best in the series (graphics, gameplay and soundwise). But it has been a few years since I played either..
3 is my favorite....2 has such a wet blanket ending...I would just get all three and play them through, very enjoyable series
The PS3 doesn't support 240p, so it sucks for playing PS1 games (and some PS2 games) on a real CRT.
Sony's dipped their toe into the 'Steam-tier' sales waters before, but not to this degree. In fact, I bought Tokyo Jungle the last time they had a sale (sadly, it cost more than $0.99). Hopefully this is the first of many similar sales.
Now if only Microsoft could be convinced to do this too...

not sure, but the PS3 PS1 emulator adds 3 frames of lag to everything, even disc games. just fyi in case that's a problem.
Disliked all the minigames like the Bike Racing.
Hub was better in 2
Can't remember if the power ups in 3 were a good thing or not

I enjoyed it the least out of all the Monkey Islands but I didn't hate it. If you enjoyed the others you will most likely enjoy this one.

There is optional filtering but even without filters they display at a slightly narrower aspect ratio than original hardware. I think the resolution is always going to be scaled as well, so you're not going to get a perfectly accurate experience.

I'm not sure but I think those games do work on the vita, you just have to use the content manager.
