Does anyone think its possible they'll scrap the character customization and the character we see in the leaked footage is the one we play as throughout the entire game?

A big reason why people play the Souls games for 500+ hours, it's because of different builds, PvP and multiplayer.
All things that benefit or require character creation.

It would be the worst idea they could implement.

DemonNite also dropped hints about SCE's involvement. There was a thread about the prospect of a Demon's Souls sequel developed by Sony Japan Studios and he came in and said that Sony would love to do a Souls game again, but not without From Software.

Biggest megaton would be Crash. Crash is esthetically the most beautiful platformer of the ps1/n64 era, even better in art style than the Nintendo games.

Honestly? Idunno. I feel Microsoft threw everything they had in the chamber out early (Why not keep Halo 5 for here?), and Sony is kind of similar, after this leaked and that issue with Uncharted popped up.
