Maybe I misworded it. It's an interesting concept, but the library is very limited at the moment, at least on PS4.

Don't know if I'm breaking NDA, but I'm not actually part of the beta myself. Played on a friends account.

Well I mean it's a beta so I would expect the library to be limited. Who knows what the selection will be on full release, but what will really matter is the pricing structure.

What I'm saying is the tech is legit.

Oh yeah no doubt. But I wouldn't be in such a rush to join the beta. Nothing too interesting at the moment.

Not to sound ungrateful, but hopefully this didn't take very long for them to create. Cause you know Sony... there's a bunch of other stuff you should be doing... Firmware updates, PC drivers for the DS4, etc. etc. etc.

There have been many updates to the beta, each bringing a different library of games with it. I think DualShockers has some articles on it. In any case, from the leaks the library has been good in the past. They probably cycle the games in order to make sure they're all compatible and play well.

I'm sure once they lift the NDA you'll see how the library has really been....

Well there's always a potential reveal of those fixes at E3.

PC drivers on PC? My DS4 works fine on PC.

Not to knock Greg, but he has made mistakes before about functionality of the site/app, I think because he is not very well versed on a technical level in terms of this stuff.

I was also under the impression it doesn't support live streaming - will be really (but pleasantly) surprised if this is true.

There are no official drivers. I have them running as well, but it's not an ideal solution. There are a lot of things wonky about it still. Sony could squash all of that if they just released an actual, official PC driver for that. We would also see actual support in games due to that, instead of having ABXY button prompts in every game.

Really cool app. This will revolutionise my viewing for the conference. Seeing as the show is on at 2am in the morning, its a perfect set up. Cannot wait till E3 now.

EU PS Blog writes that you can watch the press conference live via the IGN app.
I only noticed the app being available the other day. I doubt IGN will have a 60hz stream like the one Spike / GameTrailers is providing though. Still, being able to watch it from the couch sounds good to me.

Be sure to install it now so you're ready for when the gates open during the press conference. So much good stuff just waiting to be unlocked, especially for those who can't watch the conference as it happens. ;)

Anyone have any good ideas on what to do if i want to watch the Sony stream the morning after? As it will be 2AM here in UK

I would like to watch it the following day and avoid running into spoilers as it will make for a much more enjoyable experience when watching the Sony conference

I remember last year there was a spoiler free E3 thread here, if that happens again i suppose that will be the best option but if that does not happen what do you all suggest?

Good deal. Nice way to see the show and they're giving away some freebies like they did in Home during E3 last year. Now you don't have to deal with the shame of firing up Home.
