Splinter Cell/Rainbow Six collections

Be sure to pick up the DLC from Steam for SFIV (or redeems on Steam), non-Steam DLC doesn't transfer over.

It's a great game. You don't have to do the super serious competitive ranked matchmaking.

There are tons of other game modes to use the matchmaker for.

Gifts and alt accounts for using with lower ranked friends. I agree I am being part of the problem with smurfing like that, and it annoys me too. but it always stabilizes after a month or 2.
