In this we have three scenarios:
1.) The Xbox One only uses DDR3
2.) The Xbox One fully optimized for eSRAM only
3.) The PS4

Realistically the Xbox One will never utilize only eSRAM or only DD3 and so it's performance will always fall between 1 and 2 for performance. For the the eSRAM benchmark "....giving the Xbox One the best chance I am going to use the value that Microsoft claims is the highest i.e 192GB/s". Basically 2 will never be achieved as it is using eSRAM 100% optimally and at it's highest theoretical claim to boot. Usually these claims are never met in real-time.

Since they are utilizing the same GPU, realistically speaking the absolute maximum performance you can expect [out of the XB1] is till 32 – 35 Relative points.

PS4 appears to be at 42 "relative points"

So that would only suggest a 20% - 31% power difference even when the esRAM is absolutely maxed on the XB1

Did you not read the article? They said if using them concurrently, optimally they would get between 32-35 relative points which is higher than both ESRAM only and DDR3 only.

This is all theoretical though. We know from raw hardware the PS4 is more capable.

My comment was more sarcasm as this particular barometer does nothing other than hypothesize. I don't think everyone cares about PS4 being more powerful as it's just a fact. That doesn't mean you can't still state the obvious in DF or comparison threads but I don't even know what this new finding proves that we didn't know.

I suppose pre-launch and launch period these things were more relevant but I don't see this proving anything other than what we know but without any technical hard facts but we're never getting those. We have specs and some documentation. Both main current generation manufactures aren't going to go out of their way to do some kind of sound comparison because we already see it in multi-platform games. At this point it's a little redundant other than for recommending the more powerful console. If that matters.
