In this we have three scenarios:
1.) The Xbox One only uses DDR3
2.) The Xbox One fully optimized for eSRAM only
3.) The PS4
Realistically the Xbox One will never utilize only eSRAM or only DD3 and so it's performance will always fall between 1 and 2 for performance. For the the eSRAM benchmark "....giving the Xbox One the best chance I am going to use the value that Microsoft claims is the highest i.e 192GB/s". Basically 2 will never be achieved as it is using eSRAM 100% optimally and at it's highest theoretical claim to boot. Usually these claims are never met in real-time.
