I think the original Q.U.B.E. is not on the store anymore, and everyone who owned it and asked for it were given a key of Director's cut.
Edit: I think that if it was Director's cut Humblebundle would have specified it, so I guess it's the orginal game without DLC.

Has anyone played both?

Yes, I have.
From what I have seen Director's cut includes a story with voice acting, a few more puzzles and Against the clock DLC.

I have no problems with catgirls that look like humans with a tail and some cat ears. Afterall Mithra is the only race I play in the FF MMOs.

Turns out Shadownet was gifted some other code, so he won the Witcher Adventure beta fair and square.

Chances are beta codes will start flowing in the next few days, so people should be able to find some soon. Don't think you're missing out on much however, I tried connecting to the game earlier and I couldn't. :p

The weird thing is that whenever this happens, the game's still cheaper in the Ukraine ($6.29 in this case). Apparently publishers believe that Eastern Europe begins and ends with Russia.

It's very inconsistent bug, it first appeared some time last week, there was another steamgafer experiencing it too. Restarting steam fixes it, and it works every time when starting steam, but after some time it stops working and updates just pile there. It was especially bad yesterday, when I was waiting for Trails update and asking where is it in OT, when it actually was just hanging there and not updating. It doesn't happen every day, though.
I wish I knew what triggers it.

Awesome, looks like Pixel Piracy left Early Access today. It's on sale for -50% off (or USD$7.50) to celebrate.

Does anyone have impressions of how the game is, and whether it has lived up to its initial promise?

How does idle master work? Just asking because I'm interested in the programming. I already got it running right now.
Is it basically the same system that I could use with the HL2.exe and this text file where I could put in the app id? Or is it something different?

And was on Steam so that people would see that I'm playing and subsequently pick the game up. At least among people that are friends with or follow me, there's nothing quite as persuasive as the Steam activity feed. On the other hand, I can't get anyone (besides the BF) to play Guild Wars 2 or Minecraft with me.

Well if Absolution is a mixed bag I'd equate that to a bag of apples. Some are rotten others are ripe but most of them are a bit bruised. It's an alight game it's just for me not up to par with the other Hitman games. As I said the other day a fan of the Kane & Lynch games would like Absolution.

Also on a side note have we had a visit from the anime police? The faintest whiff of an anime-centric-picture-laden-centipede is being shot down on site.

Yeah Trails and Path of Exile are the two that have been hanging for me the last couple of days. Trails I've been keeping an eye on but I've set it to only update when starting now after one build seems fine the next causes things to crash. So now I've got it working flawlessly I'm not touching the bugger!

Any previews/impressions so far of Sacred 3? I was hoping for a new loot-ARPG, but heard rumblings that they dumbed it down to a basic hack-and-slash without the loot, so I took it off my wishlist.

(Pardon the late response to this, been off playing games >.>)

The games aren't an AU. They're a sequel. The first game starts off ~5 years after the original saga. The events of the saga play into the games a fair bit, especially with Wild Hunt judging by what we've seen from the trailers.

i saw a stream about the game 2 weeks ago , is basically a linear hack and slash with limited loot , i dont think that 50 dollars should be the price for a game like that
