Somehow I knew there'd be the age old "It's an old build" line thrown around.
You know what? IT IS.
You don't take your chances when you make a build available to the public. It's been tested for WEEKS at least. You don't just update the game and make it available the next day, way too much risk. That's how things work, they use an old, but stable build. Not saying that the "it's an old build"-line is an excuse for underperformance of the build tho. I'm sure it'll improve a bit, but I don't think the game will end up being locked 30 either.
