Actually I'm a bit insecure playing games that require a very high skill level. I'd love to join if you're playing with each other and not randoms. I'm also looking to buy a headset so this may the right time for me to dive back in MP games

When we're on the SteamGAF server it's a pretty casual environment. It's a good place to learn.
Don't worry about it too much, we all had to start somewhere. (Although without a nicely curated server full of friendly people)

As someone said above. You can find a cheap copy of CSGO for like $10 on TF2. play in the GAF server and get better. I was terrible too. But in 2 months. I'm good enough to hang with animlboogy and paul. There's a lot of people on SteamGAF that play it. You will find people around your skill level, get better and move on to the next group.
GAF night is available whenever someone set it up.Ah I didn't know he helped created Gambit. Awesome. I only started following him when he came over to DC.

Either way you can't really go wrong. GAF sellers are trustworthy and Valve's trading system is secure enough that there's very little risk in trading keys for games.

Won't buy this game at release though... The backlog has priority.
Normally I only buy my games at least more than a year after its release date, but for GTA V I'll make a compromise: the first notable sale (at any key shop) and I'm in.
I hope this price drop will be around 6 to 8 months after release, but not too much longer.
And by then, Rockstar should have brought the most requested performance improvements and bug fixes into the game.
In case there still are issues, I can consult http://pcgamingwiki.com/wiki/Grand_Theft_Auto_V for the best workarounds from the get go.
Sadly, isthereanydeal.com hasn't been around long enough to check the price history of GTA IV. For all I know, GTA IV stayed full priced for over a year...

dispenser.tf is the fastest and easier way as it's an automated trade site.
If you can't find the game you're looking for on dispenser I'd recommend talking with liezryou. He's SteamGAF's resident trader
I browse TF2 outpost simply because there seems to be the biggest collection of people there. I use reddit's Steamgameswap too, and sometimes Steamtrades. Reddit is the slowest of the bunch but there's a few reliable users there constantly updating their list. Steamtrades has a ton of people and can sometimes be too fast and cluttered depending on the game, but is often good for smaller titles.

Bought a copy of Aliens: Isolation a few weeks ago from a guy here on GAF, but it turns out the game actually does have region locking somehow, even though it apparently doesn't have region locking stuff on Steamdb.
Bit confused about that, but yeah "this game isn't available in your language" was on the store page. Valve gave me a one-time gift of the game and removed the other version.

Batman: Hush is an awesome storyline he penciled about 10 years ago with Jeph Loeb as the writer if you haven't checked it out. I want to get the Absolute Edition hardcover of it one of these days.

Valve's wrong. There's only one sub in use on the store, so it's impossible for it to be region-locked by way of language restrictions. What Shadownet said is correct: the language notice was showing up because there's no language list on the store page and Valve hadn't planned for such situations.

TWD S2 6/10
I'd still put TWAU above TWD S1 but there's not alot in it, and even then I'm comparing it to TWD S1 when the idea of this kind of game was still a new and exciting thing, so TWAU holds up really well imo.
TWD S2 feels more like it's going through the motions, with only the last episode really standing out. Clementine just isn't as strong a lead character and the overall plot feels much more aimless.
The Wolf Among Us is my favorite so far!! I'm still playing through The Walking Dead games, though.
