They rebooted it about a year and a half ago. That was when i stopped using it because they pretty much stopped giving me points. I wonder whats going on now.

The MyMissions tab looks pretty cool with the punch cards to get more rewards. Don't know if I'll ever buy enough to get them, but it's a cool idea.

Looks like that VIP status is new. If you buy a lot of digital content, you could get up to 10 percent back. (In points I'm assuming)

Actually there is some good deals for digital buyers here... If you buy 3 new games you get 20$ in credit... On top of an up to 10% discount for being a VIP... Which will stack with the 10% from EA Access maybe..

You can "withdraw" your points almost whenever you want, no need to wait until you hit $5.

Quick example how much you can save on x1:
FIFA 15 is 69 in Germany on Day One (89$ !!!)
- 30$ off because MS lets me use US Store where it is 59$
- 6$ off because of EA Access (only applies for EA games, but still)
I am at 53$ now BUT my friend and I are sharing our games, so divide that by 2
Basically I am paying 20 now for a 70 Game
And now MS gives me credit ON TOP of that.........
If you have a limited gaming budget like me, I guess X1 is the place to be

I've spent about $120 in the MS store in that last two months and it says I'm 55% of the way to my second star. I don't even wanna know how much money you have to spend to get to 5 stars.
It'd be worth it though, you'd get back 5.99 on every game which is cool.

Yeah me too, I was almost there and when my wife would ask me to stop playing video games I said I needed to to get more achievements so we can afford to rent movies on Xbox video

Yep. I try to join the program after seeing these threads, but for now the result has always been: "We're Sorry.
Unfortunately, you can't join Xbox Live Rewards right now. It's strictly because the program is not available in your country. Check back often as new countries are being added to the program".
