Before reading demo impressions:
I'm happy with my pre-ordered white Xbox one and can wait till the end of October to play this

After reading a few impressions:
Okay maybe I should just get a black Xbox One next week in time for the game release instead

After reading all the impressions here so far:
Fuuuuuck I want to go out and get an Xbox One right now just to play this demo

Game is fun too. Not a big racing fan (I like them, but they're always low on my to buy pile) and I was planning to stick with Driveclub PS+ this holiday season and planning to get this on a later date in slower months, but now I'm in doubt. Might get in on release, and play it for a week till Alien and Middle Earth arrive :')

It's a shame I'm not an Ice Hockey fan XD

Anyway, I just received my copy of Plants vs Zombies on PS4....but that's going to have to wait, because my FH2 demo just finished downloading. Awww yeaaaaaah! Looking forward to this!

Pretty much this. Shame the only worthwhile bundle in the UK at the moment comes with Destiny.

I know it's arcade racing and all that, but it's weird to me how driving on the grass and on the road seems basically the same.

Just found out my Xbox had a update so instant on is disabled. I have to wait for it to download.

Yeah, neither could I, but sometimes there are ninja links. Oh well, I will download when I get home and farm Destiny while it downloads.

i just played the intro with the thrustmaster tx, but the ingame wheel doesnt move
i think i had that in forza 5 too, is there a fix?

It's not a radical difference, but you don't get as much power down, braking is a fair bit worse, and it's much more slidey. It's enough to make you want to stay on the road as much as possible to get the best times.

£45 on the UK store is pretty good. Might cancel my £40 amazon preorder for the sake of having it always available with digital. Deluxe and Ultimate don't seem that good value though.

Out of curiosity, how much is it in the US store for the basic version?

I can't give you any advice on this one, man. I'm sure you can wait until the white one in October, the pack in is an amazing deal. SO is an awesome game.

Just played some - way more fun than I was expecting. Only reason I even considered playing is because of the demo. Intro movie is really cool, getting you into the groove of the game - this is where I think 30fps works (I'm a sucker for 60fps generally - tend to get games on PC first if possible).

Hey Lukas! Funny running into you on here lol.

I just texted my brother to download the demo. The annoying shit took ages to do it because he was too busy playing League of Legends.

I can't wait to play this tonight :D
