We should try to get this series on Steam/PC platform. The first two games, especially, are some of the greatest character action games in existence. I've checked and haven't seen any other mention of a petition on here, so I've created one to let Koei Tecmo know of my interest. If there are any other of you out there and you'd like to see these kickass games on the service, then sign and let them know.

It's always better to be heard when it comes to these things.

Team Ninja did always want their games on the most technologically capable platform ;)

Signed, althought i don't have any hopes.

Also there was even a Dead or Alive game for PC, which was online only, and i think it was released in china, there's plenty of videos.

Too bad it didn't got any more attention or traction from Tecmo Koei in order to bring it outside.

But basically it was a great example on how the DoA engine could run on PC's, and it looks superb. It was based on DoA2 ultimate edition, xbox version.

If i may suggest something, please make the description of the petition a bit more interesting.

I'm sad that if anything at all, you'd get the SIGMAs, instead of the almost perfection that it is NGBlack.
And for NG2/Sigma2, they play very differently from one another.

But i'd take almost anything, to play them with rock solid 60fps and maybe in 4k on PC.

Sure about that? Only videos I could find where of some weird online DOA game that was not a fighter.

And yes, I'd happily buy the first two Ninja Gaiden games again to play on PC. 1 was amazing.

I have never played a Ninja Gaiden game but from what I've seen and heard, it sounds fantastic.
Gonna sign the petition so fast, my head will spin.

We should organize campaign for last-gen games called "Preserve your legacy, release your games on PC" :D

Every game deserves to be preserved and PC is ideal platform for that because it is backwards compatible.

The original game/Black and even Sigma are very beloved. They are difficult, but well crafted and I believe they would be well received on Steam.

I don't believe in petitions, but sure, why not.
As long as it's not Sigma 1&2, and that we get Razor Edge.
There's probably more chances to get an eventual HD trilogy and 4 though.

I'm up for that but NOT Sigma 1 and 2. I want Ninja Gaiden Black and the original Ninja Gaiden 2. Not Hayashis bastard child versions.

Yaiba - Ninja Gaiden Z was Tecmo/Koei's first dabble with a PC version of their games. I don't think it sold very well.

At this point it seems like if there was going to be a PC version of Ninja Gaiden it would be the Sigma version of the games. Simply cos it's what Team Ninja ported to the Vita.

Itagaki left on bad terms. Hayashi is Tecmo/Koei's Golden Child. I reckon it would be Hayashi's bastard child versions.

Is there a deadline to this petition?

Yep, i was about to edit my post. Actually ive just logged in, it still works and its great to see DoA natively on pc :D

Theres two big servers, plus one offline where you can pretty much to VS PC battles like Tekken arcade mode.

Yaiba was shit and most likely didn't sell well anywhere.

I'd take anything tbh.
And i agree with you on Black... but NG2 is a pretty shitty/unfinished product.
Not that Sigma 2 is perfect or anything, but it does fix a couple of things (and break others).

He's still their golden child after he destroyed the series with 3?

I find that somewhat hard to believe...

Yeah, they let Nintendo use him again as a Producer of Hyrule Warriors. I think I saw him involved with another Tecom/Koei, non Ninja Gaiden game too (the Toukiden games on Vita).

And he tried to fix 3 with Razor's Edge, which isn't too awful.

I sucked six dicks to get this tag.
lol everytime I see a NG thread it always seems like it goes down to sigma vs the orignals.

Honestly I don't find anything wrong with Sigma. I put it on the same level as Black
Now 2 vs sigma 2 that's a different story

Gonna sign tho for sure

Man, they bet on the wrong with Hayashi...

Still, I'm open to seeing how NG4 (if it's ever announced) turns out. I'd like to think he learnt some lessons after the backlash to 3 and you do make a good point in that he tried to fix 3 with R.E, but there's only so much so you can do when the game is a piece of garbage at its core.

My experience with the series is Ninja Gaiden, Ninja Gaiden Black, and Ninja Gaiden II. Part 3 is just part of the bunch at this point. The ones I've played are amazing games, and worth having on Steam just for the fact that more players would have access to these great titles. Trust me, if you haven't played the first two you're in for a treat. All I know of the Sigma versions are the demos and some cool artwork.

Used to love the original og Xbox release. It was one of the first games and maybe only games of that gen that really challenged me. Will definitely sign, and buy if it came to pc

I honestly don't think that the franchise with Hayashi behind the wheel will get any better in the future, the dude is simply not a good director. Tecmo should give the franchise to a new guy IMO, it can't get any worse than NG3.

That being said I'd love to see NGB and NGII on PC.

I'll buy it at a high price. Well, I'll buy Black and Ninja Gaiden 2.

Then I would hope the community would fix and finish balancing Ninja Gaiden 2.
Itagaki could help out in an unofficial capacity and release a definitive NG2 mod.

This is my dream.

Amusing how many time someone will say never to PC ports, and history shows that to be false. Please, demonstrate your reasoning

KT want to know about PC gamers' interests from Twitter action awhile back. If the NG games received PC versions, you can be that an HD PS4/XBONE trilogy would be a part of it. Don't know why people(gamers) would be against it.
