I went full impulsive and just preordered Bloodborne on PSN. I never played either of the Dark Souls games. I bought Demons Souls about three weeks before losing my PS3. I cleared the intro section and reached a hub of sorts, I was really digging the atmosphere. Movement seemed janky and clumsy as hell though.

The videos I've seen of Bloodborne make it seem like the atmosphere will be fantastic. I just kind of hope the game feels more fluid. I know it's not a DMC/Bayonetta slash game but I am looking forward to a somewhat sped up combat scheme.

I have just enough money left over in my wallet for Witcher 3. I need some House of Wolves news soon, I have everything the game has to offer at this stage. I'm missing 2 exotic weapons and 3 armor pieces but you know what I mean. I literally know every strike and mission and bounty by heart now, and being at the level cap on all 3 characters removes a little incentive in doing the same stuff over and over again.

What keeps me going is how fun it is playing with you guys but if Bloodborne splits our community I fear this theater can go quiet.

I haven't run that many raids; I have mixed luck getting into groups. So far (according to b.net) I've cleared 11 raids between my characters, though I've also had several sectional runs in the mix. I can't figure out how to tell how many Nightfalls I've run, but it's definitely more than that.

Anyone on xbox one need help with / want to do a normal VoG or CE today? I was looking to help some first timers out with their first raid clears, but would need a help more able bodies

So, today I learnt that I had to learn how to solo Crota...
What's the usual deal, 3 smashes per kneel, and 2 kneels per sword?
I need to learn the timings and the encounter. Will probably wait for the next reset to try it again, though; Omnigul weeks are no nightfall weeks for me.

I tried to get a girl who tested the multiplayer to come on, but she never messaged me back. I'd love to do another one, but I don't really have any ideas. Its definitely coming back once house of wolves info comes out though. There will be much to discuss once it releases as well. Don't worry, its not dead.

It's a great Crota solo run because it's not too risky. One kneel per sword, no risky business. Cool head, safe playing and flawless execution. I've seen videos of people getting two kneels per sword but it just feels like the timing is a lot less forgiving for that. Give it a shot and report back on what works for you!

Yeah, only tried like 4 or 5 times, but I was aiming for the 2 kneels per sword strategy, which is indeed not very forgiving.
My problem may have been that I took sc_slayerage's speedrun as an example of how to do Deathsinger and Crota. ^^ It looks easy watching him, but it's really not... I probably won't be able to play until the next reset, but next time I'll definitively give the "cool and level headed" line of thought a fair try. :)
