Basically, just saying. I goggled this before calling them. They don't care about the ps4 connection of course. They only care about the PC hardline connection.
I'm in Texas (Houston area) and Fios or anything better than Comcast isn't available. I did a quick search and tried the primary/secondary DNS settings. They did not make a difference at all.
Is there anything else I can do to receive a better "test connection speed" result on the ps4? I do not see how this is/could be limited by the PSN. Just seems to be some kind of hardware or software limitation.
Although I realize I may be lttp, I am kinda hoping there is some kinda fix that GAF knows that my 5-second goggle search did not turn up.
