See, Suikoden 2 was the premiere Konami "rare/expensive game on ebay" and while it's still going for insane prices, you can now happily opt for the digital version for a few dollars. Konami realized their jig was up on Suikoden 2, went "aw shit son, no not my secret ebays!" and pulled PT from PSN so they could pull this stunt.

It is a buy it now price, not an auction. Since it is still there it means no one has bought it yet. You could put your own up for a million if you wanted - doesn't mean someone has or will buy it at that price

Oh, looking at it, they easily could be being completely honest. They're selling a PS4 with PT installed. They're saying nothing about making any guarantees that you'll be able to play it.

Well, considering PT is lauded as one of the best survival horror experiences gaming has ever seen and it is now completely unavailable to new players, I don't see why anybody is surprised.

People were paying $100 for copies of Suikoden. People will pay for PT too. Maybe not $1,000 though.

This doesn't matter. I could go make a new account in 10 minutes and add PT to that account. So yes they'd give up that account, but it means nothing to them.
