I guess I'm not bothered by the concept because of some of the strange movies I've watched.

I wouldn't care if it was a guy or girl masturbating, as long as it was a game that was interesting. Though I prefer personally if the act isn't directly shown and be demonstrated in some other way, though that's all artistic choice and all that. I can say it'd be different though, and I appreciate him at least being upfront and honest about it rather than seedy and trust him there's more to it than just being a hentai game.
