Outlast has a scene where you walk in on a guy jerking off over a corpse.

I really hope this type of American social idealism stays as far away from this, if it ever gets made, and any other Japanese game as it can. Not every game needs to be made to forward some American agenda. We should just let the authors be creative. I like that there is still variety in game scripting and purpose.
I like Japanese games specifically because their culture and subsequent games aren't inundated with stuff like.
