I love the Knight archetype. Shining armor, swords, horses, honorable, noble, beautiful, chivalrous. It's all great.

Mine has to be Titania from Fire Emblem 9/10.

One of the best designed and most likable characters in any game I have seen. Level headed, no nonsense yet kind, extremely strong from the beginning and useful throughout, an axe user instead of a sword user, gold armor, flowing red hair that manages to look both majestic and modest... man. What a great character.

Serious answer: Yeah, probably would have to go with Shovel Knight. Haven't played nearly enough games where you play as knights proper, so my knowledge thereof is sorely limited.

I mean, I suppose some incarnations of Link might be technically knights...?
