Listened to it and thought it was complete garbage. The couple other K-pop fansites I go to were praising it up and down. I thought I had lost my mind, or maybe we had listened to two different songs.

Please tell me thats just one of those lame first, lead in to the album songs. It just does nothing as a song imo. Feel like that line up should be dropping something better than this as the debut track.

If you are taking seriously fansites, you are doing kpop wrong. Biased shit everywhere. Some of them are good, but it's usually the exception.
Regular news sites are no better with their clickbait stupid articles, though.

Twitter and youtube subscription to official channels of the groups/companies I'm interested in.

Second, I never got into Hip hop but I still think it's a shit song.

In essence, he banned me from commentating when I got into an argument when it came to using female idols as fapping material. He didn't agree with me saying (respectfully, mind you) that it would be a degrading feeling as a female idol to be used as a yardstick for how much pleasure you got from masturbation. So he got pissy and swung the banhammer.
He also loves to swing by /r/kpop and try to pick fights with people who dare disagree with his views, or criticize his (as said before) tryhard writing style.
He reminds me way too much of TotalBiscuit. An absolute cunt in love with himself too much and doesn't want any sort of criticism leveled at him or his friends.
Not at all. I'm a big 2NE1 and CL fan, but this "song" is just ridiculous.

BoA's track is fair criticism IMO. It sounds so much better sped up.
As for CL's track... I live in Texas, where southern rap was initially created by The Geto Boys in Houston... and greats like UGK, Bun B, Z-Ro, and Paul Wall came from. Even RiFF RAFF, one of the rappers in that track, is a Texan.
Let's just say that if I didn't grow up on southern rap, chances are, I probably won't like the track either.
Jesus Christ, that CL song is one of the worst things I've ever heard in my kpop fan career. It goes in the incredibly bad song hall of fame, along with I Got a Boy and that first Soundcloud prototype version of Exo's Wolf.

On the plus side, at least they pronounced 'cheese'(lol) and 'wolf' correctly.
My favorite parts are Kai sounding like he got punched in the stomach at 0:37 and whatever is going on from 2:57-3:00.

The amount of times I have to hear people circlejerk over f(x) really makes me boil. The only reason Pink Tape had any sort of support was the interesting package art. Red Light was one of the most musically sleep-inducing albums I've ever listened to.
Would rather listen to people circle jerk to that than YG.

The only good song f(x) has is Electric Shock. Everything else is sonic Nyquil.

I Got a Boy is one of those songs that did not click to me at first. But when it did, it clicked so damn hard. I agree with the others though

Speaking of f(x), how about a top 5 list? I never really got into them until Red Light, but even then I was only there for the scandal haha.
