I really don't understand why people with such high expectations(next-gen IQ or graphics with 1080p+60fps) don't just go for PCs...

Wasnt the BO3 press release the same? But yeah i expect it to be crossgen. There is a reason why Bethesda lists a RPG for Lastgen anc Currentgen at E3.

They might be going for the reverse bullshot strat, where the initial trailers look worse than final version. It doesn't look bad though, just for a trailer it's surprising they went with something that's definitely not looking crazy good. The dog especially, major part of the trailer, but the fur and stuff looks pretty poor. But eh, it's just graphics, gameplay > everything.

Uh, no sorry but the game drops to about 20fps in the swamps, in the rain, when there are wraiths on screen and has hard locked on my at least 5 times. I have had loading issues that go on forever. You can pretend its not a problem or admit that it doesn't bother you but you can't tell me to STFU like it doesn't exist.

Considering this will probably be (late) 2016 release, it looks downright embarrasing at times. Those character models and animations can't even hold a candle against the top tier of last gen.

It was probably being developed with last gen consoles in mind, BEFORE MS and Sony had revealed their next gen plans.They probably had last gen versions of the game ready, but they decided to scrap them..and that's the result.

At least i hope it's good gameplay-wise.

I really do pity the people that put so much stock in graphics. News flash, the Fallout series isn't know for amazing graphics, and it never deterred it from being bloody amazing.

Plus mods. Mods will make the game look like Crysis 3 back in the day, if your rig can handle it.

Hell, mods will fix gameplay too if you want.

I just care about having a huge post-apocalyptic world filled with enough interesting, fun and challenging stuff to get lost in. Having a decent story doesn't hurt.

Should be lots of fun shooting Raiders heads off with VATS.

I wish the game looked prettier at this point, but I'd rather it improve as we near release than regress.

Yeah personally the graphics won't bother me at all. I'm way too hyped just knowing this game is a reality, and like others have mentioned the graphics are a long way from the other games still. HYPED!

The fallout games are my favorite games. I played all on release, (excluding Tactics and the PS2 game) except NV only because I knew that a full package was coming with all DLC, and I picked it up and placed the Ultimate Edition.

I am CRAZY excited about this, really I am...but the visuals, seem off. I really hope this changes.

That's just untrue. NV was a great game, but in every way? No.

The fact that NV ran on an established engine with established gameplay ideas, they could make the world bigger and the story stronger.

Yet, after replaying both.. I think overall Fallout 3 is the better game.

Yeah in my books after Witcher 3 they're now a league above and left Bethesda eat dust.

But just my opinion.

I think CDPR has definitely stepped over Bethesda in terms of immersion and visuals. This is good because I hope they push other publishers to try to make the best game possible without pushing developers to release early or to neglect other aspects of the game.

Damn, this looks good. Very cool the flash back and forth, I wonder if there will be gameplay involving that? As for the visuals, I understand people will want the most up to date thing, but realistically, considering the developer, considering the actual capabilities we've seen of the new consoles and considering the downgradegate sof the last few years, I think this trailer is a perfect plausible exciting foot in the door. It's going to be the best looking game bethesda game studio has ever made, what we saw will definitely run on the new consoles, I certainly wouldn't call it ugly. If this is the least we can expect, I'll be happy. If there are improvements between now and likely what will be a year and a half wait, then great towards that too. PC will no doubt have some patented nvidia and amd gameworky things to add on as well as far as aliasing, shadows and hair goes. Can't wait to see more at E3, bethesda's show will be awesome as it stands.
