I guess that's why publishers/devs like doing bullshots.
I really do pity the people that put so much stock in graphics. News flash, the Fallout series isn't know for amazing graphics, and it never deterred it from being bloody amazing.
This is already better writing than what's in the game probably.
This thread is why companies release bullshots and we deal with the inevitable downgrade conversation
Well at least Bethesda was nice enough to show us the game post-downgrade.
It would really be neat if there was a way for you to play from the perspective of the past. That looked way better.
I'm thinking Tranquility Lane, but real.
But that would defeat the purpose of Fallout, I guess.
It looks way too sking tight imho. You can see the fibers within the vault suit.
Fallout 4 looks like a downgraded game that has been downgraded. This thread is why companies release bullshots and we deal with the inevitable downgrade conversation
Nice use of colour... but it looks quite dated. Don't know how long they've been working on it though.
Good choice of music.
The Ink Spots - It's all over but the crying:

Doesn't prove anything. Maybe they stole the statue from Boston and moved it to somewhere else.
looks like rage and fallout 3 touched dick tips and spawned this game.
There was a last gen version planned but they cancelled it yesterday after reading GAF.

Plus mods. Mods will make the game look like Crysis 3 back in the day, if your rig can handle it.
Hell, mods will fix gameplay too if you want.
Fallout 4 |OT| GAF...GAF Never changes

The faces. Dear God those nightmarish faces from previous games, they need to fix 'em.Pretty much the only thing I really want to see graphically is better hair. Everything else is icing on the cake.
Also: IN.
装甲悪鬼村正;166286676 said:CD Projekt isn't competition, neither is Warhorse. You don't get amazing visuals from Bethesda, because their immersion factor is off the charts. No one, not even CD Projekt was making games like Morrowind, Oblivion or Fallout on the dated hardware that Bethesda was.
I fully expect the game to have very few loading screens, and tons more interactivity, this go round. They've spoke about it before as their next step.
In terms of detail and immersion, only Rockstar is in the same league as Bethesda, hence why both developers, get all the time and money, in the world to make whatever the hell they want. Witcher 3 is an excellent game, I enjoy it, but it doesn't come close to anything Bethesda has created.
This post is hilarious to me because just like a bazillion other things, immersion is something Bethesda is not very good at, with its empty, unconvincing worlds, devoid of character and life. I hope Fallout 4 is not yet another shitty theme park.
... The sad thing is that this trailer is also full of bullshots.
It's in-game, not gameplay.
It's only downhill from here, folks.
It's a nuclear WASTELAND.
I like that they added just enough color. The world looks devastated, yet still beautiful.
Do you remember F3 graphics? These are wayyy better. With those graphics I can believe this xD
I know nothing about Fallout, I'd like to care about it because I like the topic but this trailer looks ugly to me... looks like a Sims game. Then again, What do I know?
