What I meant was an actual trailer for it.

I really doubt this was meant to be a surprise E3 announcement. Just like Fallout 4, this probably a way to create some hype, now that the Uncharted trilogy is coming to PS4, newcomers will get even more hyped about U4.
Can you imagine playing 3 Uncharted games within a week for the first time and then just wait a couple of months to play the 4th one?! I'd give my left nut to have that experience !!!
Also this is a remaster, and we all know how some people feel about remasters, maybe Sony don't to spend to much time talking about at the conference.

Hope they use the same models (different clothing) and the same animation set throughout the three games. I want OG Elena in all these games and Drake from U3.

Please be true. I feel as if E3 will be barebones for Sony in regards to first party studios. They'll most likely focus on their 3rd party relations.

I had been waiting for this, and expecting it to be released before 4. I still have Uncharted 3 pending, but nope: the PS3 had to die on me...
On the good side of things, I feel pretty ok with these ports or "remasters". For some of us it is a good opportunity to play something we missed, moreso when backwards compatibility is not a reality.

It was not a bad game at all: gyro assisted aiming, satisfying melee attacks, etc... It had plenty of good gameplay features and was an entry worthy of the Uncharted name.

What would be really interesting would be to know how many PS3 owners moved to PS4 without having played an Uncharted game. Maybe the hype will get them this time!

Actually I'm not sure how this will work for physical. Unless they undertake the pretty momentous task of doing all the cutscenes in-engine, with 1080p/60fps videos there's no way all three games will fit on one disc.

Going by Druckmanns Tweet, the collection was meant to be announced tomorrow morning or tonight for Europe respectively. So it was probably not meant as an E3 surprise.
