Now I wonder that if you buy DLC for one platform, will it unlock for another? Presumably, everything will be tied to your Capcom Fighters Network ID, not your PSN or Steam account, and the only DLC that should be bought from those stores will be Zenny, while the items themselves will be in the in-game store.

My only criticism of the new Chun Li outfit is the shoes. The flat soles don't mesh well with the elegant dress.

Yeah, really. I might get piled on for this, but I honestly didn't see a big improvement with SFV over SF4 aside from a much better art style. But this Chun Li vid is the first time I was actually impressed (and not just for obvious reasons). It looks so damn clean and fluid.

Man I wonder how much something like that would cost to do... It would be an extremely niche market for selling language packs as DLC. I think the idea is awesome but fundamentally not financially sound. But I could be entirely wrong.

But the closest SF got to that was with 3rd Strike.
It wasn't tekken's level but the voices matched the characters (okay sans Remy).
You had Hugo and Chun saying some lines in German and Mandarin respectively (aside from the English and Japanese lines they spoke respectively).
I think the "Hot!" deal is only for Japan at the moment, these are the breakdowns for pre-ordering and costumes in NA (and steam worldwide)

Surprised they went and nerfed Cammy's and Mika's lewdness but not Chun-Li's. I aint complainin' though, all of these costumes are great.
