I have a friend who had the same worry, and he was able to reach two endings fairly easily.

For the vast, vast majority of encounters the bullet hell is extremely light.
Try out the demo. Though the game evolves a lot from there, you can use it to get an idea of the base of the game.
A lot of PC games end up on PS4
With that said I may just have to get it this weekend just to see what all the hype is about, doesn't look like you need a crazy rig to run it I should be fine
If you play Undertale a certain way it's a really, really easy game
It's baby's first bullet hell difficulty mostly, there wasn't a single fight that took me more than 4 tries
with two exceptions
For an RPG it's also quite short, it took me around 7-8 hours for my first play through and 16 hours to get each main ending.
I'm pretty sure my Keurig could run Undertale.

I think that depends on who does the poll. A once-every-few-years thing at a major site? Sure. At GameFAQS for a yearly or so poll that'd otherwise keep voting in one of the usual suspects? Screw it, at least it's a notable game rather than a gag game like Bad Ratz.
It's better than OoT.
GameFAQs polls are the hardest and most rigorous statistics out there so I'm gonna say with confidence that Undertale is objectively better than OoT. Its irrefutable.

Oh man this is hilarious, there is a of trolling from both sides and both sides are taking it seriously. From what I have heard Undertale is a brilliant new game inspired by Earthbound and I definitely want to play it soon enough, and Ocarina has always been the best game ever of choice, I think its nice that they have dedicated fanbases, but some fans have to realize that the vote is fueled by people outside either fandom that just wants to see them fight.

Best game ever seems like crazy talk, but it's my game of the year. Which is insane to me because I'm a massive Metal Gear and Fallout fan. This game really is something special.
I can see how it isn't for everyone though, it's a pretty subversive game that is constantly using video game tropes against the player. But those people hating on it because of whatever S.J.W. nonsense can fuck right off.
