It seems that audience members have been handed light up bracelets, probably for Taylor's opening performance. Awesomeness incoming.

i dont understand, are they giving out the majority of the awards before the show? Doesn't start for another 25 minutes no?

They have like 80 categories which is waaay to many for TV especially when a good chunk of the show is the live performances so yes the bulk of them are not aired on TV.
