It's probably not until Wednesday since they did Set up something for beta test with a new content trailer for one of those phase. There is a phase where we got a update and Zangier trailer just popped up and let us know that he's ready to use.
I don't think there is a trailer, personally.

Go to manage download and do it manually, there should be an arrow to the right.
Capcom should not ignore the revenue stream coming from selling more BGMs tho.
