The list includes the beloved “log lady” Catherine Coulson who had been rumored to have filmed a few scenes before her death last fall. The series almost didn't happen after their were some shenanigans about budget and episode count with Lynch saying he was off the project but there was a big enough up roar from fans and such that the suits gave in and basically said they'll give him the budget he needs and let him do as many episodes as he wants.

Trent Reznor composing? I think I might be okay with this. I've listened to a few of his other film scores and they do have a similar vibe, but the stuff that the Bad man did with Lynch always had this uneasy feeling about it. Uncomfortable, even. I don't really get that from Trent.

I really don't see them not going with Angelo Badalamenti for the score, though.
