Radiohead - A Moon Shaped Pool |OT| A Moon Shaped Poo

And then the LORD David Bowie saith to his Son, Jonny Depp: 'Go, and spread my image amongst the cosmos. For every living thing is in anguish and only the LIGHT shall give them reprieve.'
Damn you periscope, for giving everyone at a show a reason to hold their phone above their head for an entire show.

I'm really tall, I never hold my phone above my head. It was held against my chest. I wouldn't have done it if I was bothering people. (More than with my height that is)

Welp, true love waits and creep on the same night, anything can happen:/

I wonder if they will make creep a festival staple, that would be crazy....and weird lol

I've only ever religiously followed U2 live, so it's fun to see so much excitement about these setlists. Variety these first few shows is pretty damn awesome.

Never been all that into Creep.
*shrug*

No Surprises is awesome.

They've played EIIRP in every show so far. It sounds a bit different too -- looks like they're using a different keyboard for it, instead of the Rhodes piano with the Tibetan flag that Thom has always used before.

Oh man, must've slipped by me. Oopsies.

Guess I just was so used to it ending the night!

(I've only checked the first night setlist in full)

I feel like if they are going to play Creep regularly, they should play My Iron Lung right after it.

The setlist overall is so good it makes me despondent that they aren't doing a full US tour this year.

it's funny, i'm coming at from the opposite end. i follow phish- seeing 10 shows this summer- and you can do a 3 night run at a venue and they won't repeat a single song. i kinda wish there was more variation in these sets.

but that's why people follow phish and don't see every radiohead show. i'm also not saying it's inherently better or anything... i am stoked for the one radiohead msg show i am going to in july.

Like I said yesterday, I'll stream a little bit (without bothering anyone, don't expect really high view) in roughly 3h.

@stairouais on periscope.

So now that they surprised a lot of us with Creep and Iron Lung, what's the one song that they're very unlikely to play but you really want them to?

For me it's definitely Black Star, I know it's not a fan favorite or anything like that, but for some reason it really resonates with me, from the lyrics to the contrast between the verses and the chorus.

I'd love to hear some Killer Cars. Is that a rare one live? Also Lewis. Bends-era B-sides are my faves.

edit: I can only find (mostly old) Thom solo performances of KC on acoustic. Full band version pls.

Was reminded of Supercollider when I watched my TKOL basement BluRay. Haven't heard it in years as I basically forgot it existed. Great song.

One song? Can't. I'll do three in order of likelihood: Bangers and Mash, Pearly* or Big Boots ;)

I'm going to Spain from the UK to see them at Primavera. Secretly hoping he does an impromptu guest slot during PJ Harvey's set. :)

Black Star would be my choice as well. It was always one of my fav Bends tracks.

The Bends

Thinking About You

I don't even know if there are people who like those two songs as much as me

Prob my 2nd favorite track from Kid A but I know they'll never play it again...:(
