Because there going to save RAAM for E3 then launch him the same day...believe.

It's actually not that far fetched since the leak before Season 3 launch showed his name and not Gargos. He may have been in development before Gargos but moved around for E3.

I'll agree, only with a slight change:

We get RAAM playable at E3, only it's a beta. Remember how we got a beta period for Rash? It'll be like that.

Yeah I could see that happening as well. I know some people are not excited about guest characters but outside the KI 1 cast and Hisako I think he's my most anticipated character. I just hope he doesn't end up overly complex to play.

RAAM shown at E3 is a safe bet. I'm also expecting Shadow Lords info there and maybe a trailer for that based on this post (no new info though):

I think he'll be a combination grappler/zoner. The zoner part comes in from his Kryll, and they'll be a resource that takes meter to activate.

RAAM is going to be huge, lumbering and slow. He'll have his huge knife, Kryll shield, Bolo grenades and chainsaw rifle as specials.

I think my update may be screwed. My power went out right went it was installing the 4GB update and when I tried to start it again it reverted back to Season 2 for some reason saying I need a 27GB update.

Gargos is pretty damn fun to use, I actually really like him so far. Reminds of Dormammu from MvC3 for some reason.

His alt colors are so good they make me like his design better lol.

Edit: Also a hint that maybe he has a boss stage, in survival mode his hero art has that flat stage behind him..Mira and Rash just have the pink smoke..who knows.

Starting up KI in a bit for the Gargos update. He's looked so much better than I expected, though I can tell he's not my play style.

It took some time for me to get the hang of playing Gargos. I am still far from great with him but a lot more intuitive than I thought from his stream. He has some great accessories so I'll be grinding to 50 for sure.

I really hope Shadow Lords launches and we get that stage. I can live with the rest not having stages but Gargos should get one on virtue of being the only KI Classic returning character that doesn't have one.

I haven't played a lot with Kim but her movement speed and dash adjustments are immediately noticeable and feel great. TJ's advantage ender is my favorite change, really makes his mix ups even more effective. Having fun playing him again after taking a break for a while.

The guest characters have their own tracks on survival now, only change that needs to be made is adjusting Mira's stage away from Jago's stage and make it Sabrewulf's stage instead. Much more fitting, I believe Adam Isgreen said that was the intention?

Keep up the great work MS/IG. Game just keeps getting better.

One minor bug I noticed is Gargos' victory animation still shows Maya's daggers and Hisako's stage shadow people. Kinda funny. I'm sure it's already known or reported on Ultra-Combo.

Oh for fuck's sake. I waited hours for the update to download just to find out I have to wait another six days to get Gargos.

New patch caused an issue for me where purchases (all three Ultra editions) aren't available on XB1. Well, I suppose I have the Season 1 characters but no one else. Also, the XP Boost for my Season 3 Ultra is still showing, so it seems a little oddball.

Hopefully a hot fix. I wanna punch Gargos.

Edit: A power-cycle fixed it immediately. Underwhelming solution. Also, Gargos is cool. A good punching bag on "Hard" AI for my place-style, too.

I agree. Seems their becoming more efficient with their code on the development aide, removing bloat code on these updates and streamlining functionality.

The game is a gem from a gameplay mechanic, community, and design/development iteration standpoint.

Gargos seems difficult to grasp. It's hard for me to land much hits due to how slow and float he is, as well as the short range of most of his attacks. Plus I have no idea how to make the best of minions.

They have all been broadcast via twitch.tv/teamsp00ky or twitch.tv/bgcallisto so check the archives on those two channels.

As for the rest of the tournament it will be coming up next over at teamsp00ky after Guilty Gear wraps.
