You laugh, but there were seriously people arguing with the folks handing out our papers about whether or not they were allowed to use pens instead of the supplied pencils because they thought their votes were going to be invalidated or defrauded by people erasing all the little pencil crosses.
(I didn't hear any mentions of MI5 though).

Yeah I'm laughing, I also laughed when something similar happened in Sweden....after a while. At first I was just shaking my head but not now. I laugh. I think I'll live forever.

I am not even UK or a part of EU, but I am getting really nervous here. Come on Remain!

Leave is still doing far better than predicted. Glasgow only had 56% voter turnout which is shameful. Remain has the lead but for how long if the Leave numbers keeping coming in as they are outside of Metro London etc.

Please do not let me serve on a jury. I am actually a crazy person.
The geographical split is looking pretty clean.
London and Scotland are Remain, the rest of the nation is Leave.
But London and Scotland are 60-75% remain, while Leave wins edge out 55-65%.

We'll gladly take London and Scotland in the EU, you can keep the rest!

As far as immigration goes this is much closer to the truth than the hysterical hipster whining that I've been reading in here tonight.

Many people aren't voting leave based on immigration though.

What is the main reason? Globalist economics? As an American, the immigration issue is the one that's getting the most coverage from our press.

Not even close.

I'm appreciating the TTOI gifs!

Looking at the Graun map it's interesting seeing what many predicted - Scotland mostly remain and the leave votes appearing on the east and west coasts. Can't say I was expecting Wales to be that west coast.

also sorry I'm slowly becoming shitfaced

Amazed that it is this close.
And still can't believe that such an important decision was left to only need 50% + 1 to win (felt the same for the scottish referendum as well).
