After a Macbook Pro and a Surface Pro 3, which I shouldn't have bought, this Chromebook feels like a breath of fresh air...

I love it, I can't recommend it enough! This thing is fast and works very well, if you don't play games obviously.

Picked up the Resident Evil Origins Collection after getting hyped from the RE7 demo:

Imported a Crystal Dualshock 4 from Japan:

Got another pair of Mizuno Wave Prophecy 4 shoes. Love em!

Otaku no Video bluray finally arrived. I participated in the Kickstarter. I got the two single cds as part of a drawing they did in the middle of production, so a lucky bonus. I also have contributed to the Riding Bean Kickstarter, so I should get that when it is ready.

I'm not trying to disparage your post but I am so sad that these are the only/first overwatch figures available.

Personally I think funkos are ugly but I think if other people like them that is great.

My dream is for a nendoroid or good smile overwatch line. A lot more expensive but I like their style so much more. A chibi Winston would be too great!

I'm right there with you on everything except anything Winston lol.

And it feels awesome too, the materials used are top quality and it's definitely the best laptop I had with the Macbook Pro. Let's put it this way, after the more expensive Pixel, this Chromebook must be the one to get if you want a nice Chromebook.

I am quite limited here in the UK as we don't get hardly any models. I was going to get the current Dell 11 but held off. Hopefully get some more options later in the year.

I got Bloodlines at a store downtown Toronto (Canada) at a place called A&C games. Retro game prices in Canada are out of control but I had a lot of store credit and splurged it all as soon as I saw the game box.

The other set I got at a farmers' market, believe it or not lol

My retro japanese stuff I get straight from Japan. My GF's sister lives there and I always get her to send me stuff when ppl from here go visit her She's coming back in September for a bit so I'm excited haha

I only do Twitch/Youtube/Spotify and web browsing and to be honest this Chromebook is doing as good as the Macbook Pro if not better, thanks to the lightness of the OS (~200mb)

Specs are : Intel® Core™ i3-5005U (3M Cache, 2.00 GHz) / 4GB Memory / LITEON 16GB Solid State Drive / 13.3" FHD (1920x1080) Non-Touch LCD.

The Hard Drive can look a little small, but you have to understand that you won't install anything on the computer and Google gave me 120go space on Google Drive which is useful for my family pictures and videos.

@thenexus6 : I'm from France and bought it with no issue, I found you a link on the dell website where you can get the exact same model. I bought mine from the same website and it took ~10 days to get here.

I found myself a refurb/new (no physical wear, new battery) i5 MacBook Pro for around the same price just this week. It is running like a top but I was very much on the fence getting a Chromebook like this. The Toshiba Chromebook 2 (same CPU as yours unless you upgraded to the i3), the Dell Chromebook 13, and the Acer Chromebook 14 (newer slightly slower but quad core and made of aluminum).

When you bench them out, the i5 on the MBP came out ahead and the build quality on this thing is amazing. The battery life blows in comparison, and no 1080p screen (yay 900p TN). 15 hours on that Dell web browsing? I thought 8 was impressive.

That being said, I hope I made the right decision because I lust after those ~$400 chromebooks. They are hitting a sweet spot, and playing with the Acer Chromebook 14 in Best Buy, the thing is lightning quick stupid fast in Chrome OS. The android integration is going to be killer come September.

bought a 240v stepdown converter for my JP saturn and installed a modchip whilst I had the chance.

Any advice on getting a Japanese Saturn ? (U.S. here). I want to be able to play all the games that require, or are compatible with, a 1MB/4MB RAM cart, with the least amount of hassle.

I'm not taking a stance on your purchase, but I'm just curious what you plan to shoot with? A bit overboard for hunting--is it just for taking to ranges and things like that e.g. purely for sport?
