You can also do it off of TC xx HK Tatsu if you want a meterless option, but that only works if the opponent uses back recovery. Yu need a counterhit too obviously.

How do i download the story? I don't see it on the DLC page of SF5 on PS4, just the season pass.
Maybe it's not on the store in your region yet.

I wonder if all of the content purchasable via DLC is going to go up on the PSN store next Tuesday when they update regularly, or they're making a special update for this so it goes up at midnight as well as the story.

Yeah they have moved the file that hosts character slots and costumes and they must've renamed it too because I can't find it. Means that if I wanted to modify any characters at the moment I would have to HexEdit their individual files which would take 45m+ per character.
