True they should look to the demo scene for ideas.
Yep, Mercury's Fermi Paradox is FAR more impressive, AND is 64KB...
They've really lost contact with the scene...

Benchmark software and the demo scene have very different goals. Benchmarks are designed to saturate feature sets. The demo scene revolves around developing efficient algorithms, that happen to be pretty.
What can I say?
I really need a new computer.
It feels strange to be on top of the GAF heap for even one page of a new benchmark, time for Smokey to show up.
.
Skull Canyon + 1070 External (Razer Core) = 5044
CPU = 4140 (no OC)
GPU = 5247 (OC 2088 Core Clock and 4533 memory)
Considering the Thunderbolt 3 is supposed to take off about 10% I think its a good result.
What can I say?
Come on, i5 2500k, hold...

Stress testing/Custom Settings is Paid DLC.
I guess Futuremark needed the extra 5 bucks?
I don't recall ever having to pay extra for the Sky Diver stress testing. I believe it was a totally free addition. But I bought the upgrade for Time Spy anyway. What was the situation with Sky Diver a few years back?
I thought Smokey was banned?
Whoa, what is your CPU running at? Anyway, clearly the CPU test is very well parallelized

Is the "demo" version updated as well? IIRC, it is just the full version with features locked-out that open up when you purchase it.
Sure is.
