Yeah, some great games coming up. There's also Shadow Warrior 2 in October. Dead Rising 4 in december. Also, although it's not on Steam, Microsoft's lineup is pretty great, too. I want to play Horizon 3, ReCore and Gears 4. So many games.

A lot of their Kickstarter was literal cut and paste from other people's successful kickstarters, so I wonder how much a direction they actually had to start.

Konami is giving high budget to Pachinko, that's all. It's like their Castlevania Pachinko game. High quality CGI for MGS3 would be expected. Even then, you can see the facial expressions are kinda lacking.

The devs are trustworthy. They did Blocks That Matter and Tetrobot & Co, which have flaws but nobody can deny the work and polish that went into the development of these games.

I don't get it, how can Sudoku quest have very positive reviews when it's so buggy that it's practically unplayable. It makes no sense.

There are so many good games that got bad reviews (and the other way around) that I stopped caring mostly.

Im better off trying things myself, especially when they only cost 10€.

Even if its just more of the same I'm happy.

They're actually being incredibly lazy about the Pachislot. They're reusing everything from the original cutscenes, from animations to the camera movement to everything, except for the assets. If you really believe they're painstakingly redoing the cutscenes from the ground up you're wrong. Just look at that horrifying lyp sinc that's 1:1 with the original game and which doesn't fit the higher poly characters at all. But anyway, you're a MGS fan and prone to believe this stuff. Disappointment after disappointment, conspiracy theory after conspiracy theory, I don't know when will y'all just give up and face the facts. I'm actually of the opinion Konami will surprise us all at one point with another full-fledged entry in the series, or at least they did claim they would, but you're just grasping at straws here. Don't fall for Batzi's delusions.

Hi steamgaf, i think i have some problems with Civ V after upgrading my OS to Win10. Starting in any directX-modus (9,10,11) i just get the exe windowed with a wrong resolution.

Should i reinstall civ? My video drivers are the latest.

Maybe someone had similar issues and can help out. Steam-comunnity has too many diverse issues on discussion. Thanks in advance.

There are single player challenges, which are quite nice. There's also practice matches against bots.

Not much more than that though, it's really a competitive online game first. A really good one too, I like it a lot.

I think you don't really know me, because I'm not like one of those people who "Oh, is Kojima, EVERYTHING is possible", not really, and I don't consider a masterpiece every MGS game.
I just think MGS3 is very possible, otherwise I can't explain those cutscenes, the post from the Konami PR on the Reddit page (we had two posts, the first one teasing something important for the 30th Anniversary, and the other one for Gamescom's booth).
Of course it's something MGS related, and it can't be the Definitive Edition.

The only Metal Gear-related thing I want from Konami is a sequel to MGR:R. Not that I ever expect that to actually happen, mind you.
