Here's two examples of issues from last night:
1. Game disconnect after a couple of minutes in round 1:

2. Halting/freezing graphics frame updates but audio stays working. This is what posters are describing and it has a varying intermittent amount of "freezing" time from one occurrence to another:

Shatters my mind 343 has sat here and slowly let population issues make the game leagues worse than launch. Make it f2p/$15 and quadruple your REQ revenue easily.
they better not make it again as in Halo 5 that you are guaranteed an Unlock if you still haven't everything.
They should have gone full CS GO and made some stuff afwully rare and hard to get, and being able to sell or bet it on HCS matches.
I don't think they want to encourage am illegal shadow gambling industry with their game.

they want their game to be succesful and people to stay with the game, I think it would work and would outweigh the cons, CS GO is doing fine
You could say gifting gold packs would also make it possible to do such a thing, but gold packs are worthless if you are already an highlevel player.
Req packs don't make you addicted and if 343 is smart they will find a way to make them that way. Obviously cosmetic items only for Arena that are super rare and also super cool.
I mean their Armor skins are fucking boring, Why don't we have some more with crazy decals like in the concept art, there was an helmet that had a dragon's head painted on the side. We need more stuff like this.
Bring Animations back for winning, make them customizable like in Doom etc.
Halo is so much space to improve.
Anyone ever get matches with constant halts? Not like warzone player just left hitches, but full on os smoke coming out of my xbox/azure server hitches? Heres the worst ive ever seen. The match does start btw, and this shit kicked in whenever i was near a player. Needless to say, totally unplayable.

that was filmed where I used to live, palmdale california. that dealership is a real place called "Camacho Auto Sales", my mom and me went their once to trade in our old van it was a raw deal because they wanted a high down payment and a high monthly payment for the car we wanted just because my mother's credit wasn't up to par (bad credit OK my ass, but water under the bridge now).

I had the digital version pre ordered but decided to go physical ultimate edition. That Amazon Prime discount too tempting.
Disappointed about there only being one map for Blitz though.
It really is mindboggling. Just forcing the population down via technical issues and making the remaining players suffer.
If it were f2p/$15/gwg tommorow, with servers and framerate fixed, they'd make a ton more money than they are making now...

I mean, the difference with most of them is just less polygons. And I prefer these versions to their originals, as well.
So, worth mentioning, if you have the helmets you're supposed to get 4 cosmetics (as per the Classic Helmet REQ pack's description). However, if you've already unlocked pretty much everything it'll start giving you HCS skins, but only one or two at a time.
We figured this out last night and couldn't decide if it was a bug because you're not supposed to unlock these out of packs without using your hard earned dollary-doos (or your currency of choice) or if it was a bug because you're only unlocking one and two of them at a time instead of 4.
Correct. Saves also carry over.
I got 3 HCS Weapon Skins and the Athlon Champion Helmet, when I bought it a second time. All from one pack and only used RP.

Reach Security <<< Halo 3 security.
I know I'm in the minority on this one, but I think the Reach Security with the last attachment is the best. I also don't think there has been a bad Security helmet in any game.

I just wish they added back in the HCS emblem, too. I'm still missing that one.
The thing is you're not supposed to be able to unlock HCS skins and armor without buying HCS packs, which were 80K RP or $9.99 when they came out. Now you can get them if you repurchase the HCS team packs (which are money only, meaning that the only way you're supposed to be getting them is by buying them).
We were pretty sure that getting them from the helmet pack was a bug in the same vein as unlocking the 343i skins. Since it's not actually granting four of them at once it may be the case that these packs aren't supposed to be granting them at all.
Chespace said that they will add it back, but since he left everything (including the HCS itself) went downhill. Can't say that I care anymore, but as a compeltionist I see why people do.

There were a lot of things i hated about Reach, but the armor customization was not one of them. Security looked good. I still think the Grenadier helmet was the best though. Legendary status and only slightly less awesome than the Mark V and Mark VI imo
