So does this include both games? I'd love to pick this up. What makes it different from the PS4/Vita version?

"we're preparing plenty of surprises" hopefully one of them won't be £59.99RRP. £29.99 and I'd definitely considering rebuying as I love these new rayman games.

This was originally released a month ago.

I would think they would refer to it in the title if that was the case.

I have bought this game far too many times already (separately on PS3, PS4, and PSVita) but it's destiny that I'll get it again on the Switch. Those music levels are some of the best in any game I've ever played.

No, it's Rayman Legends, which itself features many of the levels from Origins as bonus levels, but tbh they play and feel better in the original game than here..

So far, nothing is known about what makes this any different to the Wii U/PS4....versions other than "surprises are planned". I bet the surprises are all gimmicky mini game mode things.

- So what is the additional content for the Switch version?
- We are preparing surprises for the Switch version.

Whoah there Ancel. How am I supposed to process all of this information at once?

I think Rayman Legends already included most of the levels from Origin. Maybe all of them? Not sure about that.

Are we ever getting a sequel ?

Bloody well hope so. Origins and Legends are two of the best platformers I've ever played. But between that Wild game and rumors of BGE2 we might have to wait a while.

It's not all of them but it is a shit ton. But even still it's not the same as playing them in origins. There are a few differences that make it worth not ignoring Origins.

Don't know how realistic it is but they should add Nintendo worlds/levels. Splatoon 2 level, Mario Odyssey, ARMS, Mario Kart, Pikmin, Nintendo music levels. Then I'd buy the game again.

Apparently, there are 24 levels missing. The levels aren't untouched either, many have their difficulty toned down.

Thanks for the info. Looks like the Switch is going to have quite a few great platformers to choose from.

I'll sell my PS4 copy for a Switch copy for the portability if theres actually a decent amount of new content but I'm really only expecting some nintendo themed skins or something.

Please make a new Rayman. :(
Origins/Legends were among the best games of last gen for me.

I am with you there. I'm hoping that this release will be just before an announcement of the third in the series, and that they're waiting until it's been out for a while on the Switch.

I think I had this game gifted with my Xbox One years ago, it's great for sure, but I don't understand why they are re-releasing it on Switch, especially if is full price...

I wonder what are their expectation on this, I'm pretty sure it will sell really poor if they don't price it right and I don't know why, but I don't think they'll sell it for 30€.

I'll be picking this up again too. Best 2d platformer for some time in my opinion.

I've found the 2d marios to be lacking for some time now, just don't find them fun, and while tropical freeze was good I preferred Rayman Legends.

I was going to re-buy this if I ever got a Vita. It just seemed like a fun game to have on a portable console. I never did get a Vita. So it looks like I'll buy it for the Switch.

I suspected this port was coming, but I hoped it would include the entire Rayman Origins game this time, instead of just most of it's levels. *sigh* I guess not.

But I hope Ubisoft eventually makes a new Rayman game sometime in the future, instead of just porting Legends to every console.

Kung Foot and the music levels were the best parts of Rayman Legends. A couple of such games, and I could double dip.
IMO, the platforming was not as good as in Rayman Origin.

I liked the changes they made (like not needing to hit bubblefied enemies twice), but in general the Legends levels were just too short, flat and easy. I thought the Origins levels were great in it, so if they felt like just putting the whole game in there this time I'd be open to the idea.

Why man..........? I dont get this :(

"For the portability"

It's right in the post. I love Rayman origins/legends and having a portable version would be nice. What else is there to say? I wouldn't pay $60 for it but at some point I'd snag it

may double dip if the switch version isnt too expensive, finished the ps4 game but didnt nowhere near 100% it.

I can't see buying a third time unless they add a bunch of music levels. It's a must buy for anyone who hasn't played it before though.

It's a nice game to have portable. Origins is probably my most played Vita game (didn't pick up Legends for Vita).

Some people buy home console and portable versions of some games, so Switch is easily their best option! But yeah how about some substantial new content after all these years damn.

We need another one of these games. Origins is one of my favorite platformers and Legends was great at times. I've bought this game 3 times already so I think I'll pass on the Switch version

We also need a left joycon with a dpad. Not sure if others care but that's an issue for me and the Switch

59.99 EUR
Let's hope that's a placeholder on the Ubi Store. On Wii U, the game launched at 44.99 EUR in August 2013, and was dropped to 29.99 EUR by November 2013.

*analyzes conversation for any hint of Beyond Good and Evil 2*

For real, though, I never got around to Legends so I'm excited to pick this up (assuming it isn't stupidly overpriced).

Yeah that's got to be a placeholder, they wouldn't charge that much for this.

6 player Kung Foot would be amazing, 8 player seem kind of overkill.

That game is an amazing local vs game. Not worth full prize, but I might rebuy solely for that.

I was just watching that video again after the Rabbids X Mario updates.

I was just wondering if this title will finally get full NFC support and if so do you guys think Ubisoft will have an amiibo for Rayman finally done?

How would you create his amiibo? Clear Plastic?

I was thinking maybe incase him inside a block of clear acrylic?
Would that be too expensive?
