Could someone explain to me the appeal of those POP figures? Never understood the appeal of them, are they supposed to be cute? Because they just look soulless to me.

PVC scale I meant. Nendroid is collectible hell. No way I will buy any. Once you buy this you are stuck collecting them for life.
Funko Tracer will probably sell 10x more than Nendoroid Tracer though.

They're about 4 inches tall. They don't need to be huge, they come with tons of accessories and alternate hands, legs, and faces, plus they are extremely detailed and high quality. You're not gonna get a Nendoroid with its eyes misprinted or bleeding paint jobs like you will on Pop figures or many other poorly painted American action figures.
Tracer, for example, isn't just a single 4 inch Tracer. It's her torso, three faces, three sets of hands, an alternate leg, two guns, a mine, a "swoosh" effect, a base, and a posable "arm" that plugs into the Tracer's back so you can pose her running and jumping.
The Nendoroid Breath of the Wild Link is $60 and comes with multiple faces, hands, sword, sheath, shield, quiver, bow, power arrow, hood, base, holding arm, and a scale horse.

This, so much. The Goodsmile Company quality is second to none, both in their Nendoroid and Figma lines. I'm pretty excited about a Reinhardt version of either/both - this has to happen!
I've ordered and paid for this already - I just have to decide, do I want it for my collection or is it a Christmas present for daughter?

Funko Pops are fast food garbage compared to Nendoroids. There's no problem in having them, but know that they are shit compared to real meals.
Eh. There are Funko Pop things that are above $20 and Nendos that around $30. In Japan the difference in price is even less significant.

Tracer funko is $10, Tracer Nendoroid is $50. I've never ever seen a funko over $10.

There are on Amazon. Regardless, I feel like they are bad quality even for $10.

I'm still waiting on a damn Mercy Pop, but I would absolutely buy a Mercy Nendoroid day one. Hell, I'd even get a Tracer if it was her Punk alt.
