If he bought it from a retailer, there's nothing anyone can do to 'track him down'. I mean come on, it's just hardware that's been shown extensively over the last weeks.

Pretty much. Nintendo can try to get in touch with him and ask him to stop, but AFAIK he has no legal obligation to do so. The most Nintendo can do is hope for a serial number in the video to track down the retailer who sent it early.

As to the OP I'm getting a little more excited about it, The Best Buy Visa Checkout deals have helped take some of the sting away. Still not happy with a lot of decisions they made. 1..2 Switch over a better title to show off the new features. Pricing etc.
