I already had it preloaded on xb1, it tells.me I'm still too early.

This tends to work for me:

Search for it in the store, then choose "Mass Effect: Andromeda Pre-Order." Scroll down to the "In this bundle" section, and the game itself should be there. Click on that, and the Free Trial option should be there.

Same issue here. Added the trial via the website but that didn't work either.

Edit: It worked when I rebooted the console.

On Xbox I clicked play instead of trial. It said I need to wait until release, but then I got a message that game ready to start so I tried again and now I'm in.

Xbox One version is not playable at 42%, unlike Origin.

Hmm cranked resolution scale to 2 - maxxed everything. Crashed twice already when loading - lovely.

Ill try disabling origin in-game - seen it can cause issues sometimes.
