I know SE does big price drops pretty quickly, but that's insane. It's probably supposed to be more like 40% off or 50% with Plus.
Anyway it's a game with problems, but at that price you might as well grab it now, get the season pass and wait for all the content to hit. It isn't going to get cheaper in a long time and it's only going to get better with time. It's more than worth it.

Might be confusion with the current 'Double Discounts' sale going on. No idea how these sort of things are set up but it is indeed a pretty insane prices seeing as most (far less successful games) that were released Summer last year are yet to drop below £15.

I respectfully disagree with this. Get it now and if you must, wait for the patches and DLC. This way you're going to save money if they let you keep it.
