I'm curious. Where/How did they mention it?
One episode ends with Danny falling out of a Window at Rand Tower. When the next Episode starts, the young Ketchum appears and says "Do you wanted to crawl the wall up like that goddam Spider-Man? Seems like it is in the same place like the Daredevil reference.

Ah yeah.
He compares him to Daredevil in the english version.

Ah I was wondering if anyone would post this. I was at Wizard World Comic Con Cleveland and Mackie's panel (where he said this)...He was fairly likely just joking. A few people had already asked him about Infinity War and his whole panel he was joking around with the audience.

I mean obviously he can't talk about it if they are, and maybe he flat out doesn't knoe. He joked he could never appear on Agents of SHIELD because TV is his "retirement" so he can play a fat black cop on a comedy show.

I don't think TV or movies will actively overlap, but I'm sure they might sneak a few shots or remarks in if they can at some point.

Great, Inhumans on the Streets. Exactly what the strength of the Inhumans franchise is.
One of the earlier comic books were about Black Bolt being transported to Earth by Max, and then the Royal family coming for him. That could be one way of starting it off. No need to doom and gloom it.

Ego the Living Planet WILL appear in GOTG Vol 2:

http://www.empireonline.com/movies/...-galaxy-vol-2-see-three-exclusive-new-images/

Ego is, in a very real sense, his biggest-ever part. “That’s true!” Russell roars. “I’ve never played anybody bigger! I’ve never played a character with broader possibilities, I’ll say that.” Indeed, Ego proved the film’s largest technical challenge. Inspired by the elaborate fractal art of Hal Tenny, who Gunn hired to help design Ego’s environment, it’s pushed visual effects past the existing limit. “We have over a trillion polygons on Ego’s planet,” says Gunn proudly. “It’s the biggest visual effect of all time. There’s nothing even close to it. Which is cool.”

Pena not sure if he's doing Ant-Man/Wasp

“No, no, I haven’t gotten the phone call yet” said Peña. “I don’t know if I’m gonna get the phone call. Who knows?” The actor did sign a three-film deal with Marvel, so he knows he’s contracted for at least two more appearances — if Marvel chooses to exercise that contract. Because of that, he says, “I don’t think they have to call you at all. They could just say that he’s free to go and he can do any movie that he wants at this period of time. I don’t really know what’s going on with that. There’s always possibilities that you’re not going to be in that movie. You just prepare yourself for that.”

Lol they closed the film with one of his monologues, they totally realise how big a part of the comic appeal he was. He'll get a call.

Might be in a reduced capacity though, can't imagine they'll have much room for him with Ant-Man and Wasp shrinking all over the place.

I could see him getting a place in Pyms Team.

Most likely wont ever happen because people want to see shit explode and everything, but I would love to see a good mobster Spider-Man storyline on the big screen. Spider-Man has so amazing foes that dont have superpowers like Silvermane (yeah, he has kinda...) or Kingpin and I would love a great Streetlevel movie where Spidey tries to outsmart Kingpin against all odds. Or participating in a Gangwar or something.
Not that Kingpin is wasted on Netflix, but its a shame that we will never see Defario pressing the shit out of Spider-Man on the big screen.

3 episodes into Iron Fist and it's not offensively bad yet, what gives?

I don't think it's as bad as some reviews make it out to be, but it's not exactly hitting the highs of the other Defenders' own solo series yet. I'm halfway already (finished 6 episodes) and it's felt slow, though I haven't ever had a moment where I want to quit the show - I'm pretty hooked in. What really does it for me are the characters, even Danny with his quirks and dumb moments.

I like how the Meachums are conflicted with what's right and wrong, literally split with Joy and Ward. Even this isn't framed as such as the series goes on.

Ward specifically is most interesting to me in that he wants to just get away from all of it, but can't.

Joy is conflicted in terms of being a good person vs. being a good business person. It doesn't seem interesting in writing, but it works out pretty well in the show.

Colleen taking a risk and helping Danny out, then her own issues with her dojo and earning money. Conflict with her convictions and all.

The Hand's and Harold's involvement behind-the-scenes.

Danny being Danny, for better or worse lol. He's trying to figure his shit out, while at the end of the day, he just wants to help and do the right thing.

The show's other big flaw has to be that it does a lot of telling and not a lot of showing. Danny talks a lot about his training, but there hasn't been a lot of demonstration of this so far. I'd say episode 6 has been somewhat cathartic in seeing Danny whoop some ass (bless up RZA).

I'm hoping lessons are learned for Season 2 (and I hope they do it).

It's actually a pretty good show. It doesn't have the highs of the other shows but it is better paced and doesn't have the same lows as the other ones.
Agreed. I stopped after ep6 and I hear people saying the back half is better than the front half so I'm excited.

There are a couple of really cool things I think they did with Danny and other characters.

The early parts haven't had a ton of focus or drive but I love Danny's character so far. Kind of messed up personally after everything he's seen and his naivety is fun.

For real I thought I should ask because of the bolded lol. Can I just say AoS' transformation into top tier TV has been a pleasant surprise. Especially considering Season 1's suckage.

I'm so glad I stuck with it. I didn't mind season one but once I adjusted my expectations I was surprised by how good it ended up getting.

That being said, I dropped off after Christmas and need to get back into it. I haven't seen any of the LMD episodes.

Rest assured, the freight-train that is SHIELD Season 4 didn't slow down for a second in the LMD arc.

I still wouldn't call AoS "Top Tier TV" whatsoever. But it's definitely had a huge improvement this year, especially comparing it to the abysmal first season.
