Fuck this game. I just played shitty-ass survival on extreme, made it to 55 before I got cheesed out. This is the mode Capcom wants people to play for FM? Its absolute horse-shit, not to mention my fucking hand is sore from all the charging I did to perform over 2,000 knee drops with Urien, lol.
That's USO which means "lie", apparently.
I kind of do want Sheng Long in this game, though. Make him a Mr. Satan type that claims he trained the surely-world-famous-by-now Ryu and Ken but has a different moveset inexplicably. Joke characters are fine as long as they don't intentionally make him terrible.

The S2 patch made the Urien method less reliable.
Oh, its one of their non-cannon profiles. I thought they had an 'Extra' or 'EX' moniker for those though.
Someone should tell former EGM guys about it.

That should be the next OT title.
Wouldn't it be better to have it download and ready to go when the servers open though? The client should be available already.

I tested it out of curiosity and it took around 11 and a half hours. To be honest, only the Normal Survival part of that wasn't very fun but I only had to do five of them to get the sixth DLC character. That was all from the solo stuff but I did do one 5k Challenge as well.
Considering they seem to bundle the Season 1 DLC characters by default when buying digitally from PSN these days that's not too bad. Each character lets you earn an easy 31,500k as long as you can do their Trials and Normal Survival.

I kinda liked the concept from the last thread of using a quote from a tournament player as a title. I feel like the next one could be something like: Street Fighter V |OT8| Just Pick a Top Tier.

The most useful ones are the ones off of her Spiral Arrows as you would be in those situations the most. Most particularly H Spiral Arrow.
No he's part of the solution. People wasting their time not using a top tier are the problem. Gives Capcom incorrect data ie. Xian using FANG and getting top 8 making Capcom think the character isn't that bad.

lol, kind of hard to argue that point. If tournaments start to get dominated by the same handful of top tiers, Capcom would finally start to pay attention to the rest of the cast. Maybe.
