The second season and this one so far definitely deserve more admiration, in terms of audience. It certainly gets enough acclaim. I guess it's just a show that can't find its audience, on ABC at least. I'll be disappointed if it ends, especially in a year where so many other things I love see another day.
American Crime is good, but I do not consider it a great show.
The censorship by cutting to black for a half second just annoys the shit out of me for some reason, but more importantly is that it lacks some finesse in its execution. Oh, here is the girl who has a pimp and guess what, she is pregnant! Oh, and here is the woman with the child wish that can't find a donor, I wonder what happens next. Excitement!
Then the characters are all pretty black-and-white, especially this season, there are good guys and bad guys, barely any grey characters.
I mean, the actors and direction elevate it quite a bit, but I find the writing to be less than stellar.

I remember this, the idea was interesting from a production standpoint - it was supposed to be a long running series - the first four episodes set up the premise and how the society developed, and then they were going to check in later to see how things have changed.
I guess it doesn't matter now. lol

I'm glad I only watch two of those currently... But I'm also only losing one so it's still a net gain. I'm falling behind on a few shows as it is like Jane. Thankfully Silicon Valley is only 30 minutes.

That's neat. Now maybe it can become a good show, like how The Killing drastically improved when it stopped trying to be the Danish original (since there isn't a third season of the Swedish original version of Humans).

The Toy Box (ABC) feels like it has cancel me written all over it. I dont see how it will be able to catch on like Shark Tank, etc.
Took me a second to recall what this is. I'll watch this like I watched The Taste on ABC but I do expect it to fail as well. Shark Tank kinda feels like its an anomaly.

Sunday is jut a bad omen for ABC, monday is the new hotness.
Taken is doing far better than I ever thought it would and Supergirl is still hanging in there.
Great Indoors, which is so unfunny it's almost a Tim & Eric parody of a sitcom, looks like it's done as does 24 Legacy and APB.
What very little I have seen of Quantico this season (in trailers) just makes it look like a show that is desperately thrashing about in the water trying to save it's life.

I'm back to posting ratings, at least for a day, is what I meant. I hadn't done it in a long time! I kept forgetting or being busy. -_-
I haven't watched anything on TV in a month, though. Every night I come home from work and play Zelda until I go to bed, haha
I dropped Downton Abbey in the last season after watching like 10 minutes of the first episode. I think I was just tired of it.

I fear the same fate awaits Outcast after season 2. At least it got renewed before Cinemax changed their plans.

They are usually posted later in the day with the final numbers for network television.
They can be a bit harder to parse because the ratings account for programming that airs at any time on cable (and not just the primetime slots). For example, here is the data for Monday:
It's good for figuring out how well a show is doing in general, but isn't particularly useful for how it's doing against its competition as there are many, many factors.
They had plans for a third season, but the ratings cratered.
I have no idea, I dropped Humans rather quickly because it was so dumbed down (and it's not like the Swedish version was all that clever to begin with).
God dammit, I love this show. Now I'm terrified for their other shows that I'm invested in.

13. I think it was meant to be a split deal. Final Season of Vampire Diaries in Fall/Winter and then a shorter 4th season of The Originals in Spring and maybe a little of summer.
