This is what DCEU's Joker should had been.
Actually in the German version of the first game you could still hear the english VAs scream and stuff like that, like they didn't re-record those things. I'd say that could still be the case with I2.

They other day I noticed Epcar retweeting Joker being leaked in achievements. Figured he would be back. And lol at him not caring

So if the original Earth's Joker died, my theory is that this is another Earth's Joker.
But this one has a different personality. Maybe this one's Harley died and it made him realize how important she was to him so that when he encounters our Harley, he legit falls in love with her?
Kinda a parallel between what happened to Dinah and Ollie.

Guys, they fixed Superman's supermove.
You know where the camera showed "the sky" except when you were inside buildings it was retarded because it sent the enemy clipping through the roof ?
Well now whenever you fight within a building, Superman's supermove has a different camera angle.
Love that attention to detail.
Also, I was right thinking they'd go for a younger Joker. He looks dope considering we are gonna be able to change his colors / hair and outfit !!!
My only issue is that he looks very underwhelming gameplay wise, a straight copy from I1.

I had such an awesome theory in my earlier post but this could actually happen.
He probably wouldn't have a 1:1 gameplay if that were the case.
It's either a clone or a time traveler of some sort.
Seeing as he seems to have Epcar voicing him again and has almost the same moveset and animations as IGAU Joker, I doubt it.
Besides that, it would be awful.

I know, which is why it seems fitting for Jason Todd.
Love him or hate him there's no need to drag apart who he is just to make him fit a completely different character for no reason. Let Jason Todd be Jason Todd and let the Joker be Joker.
Besides, Red Hood is my most wanted character. He might be trash to you but he's my trash.

That Joker doesn't look any younger than Leto's Joker. Plus it has what it looks like a massive scar on his chest so I'm thinking is a resurrected Joker.
