They clearly took inspiration from MK9 and I love it.

Man how many times in Kazuya gonna get thrown into a volcano??? The guy might as well live there.

Once, after the 2nd tournament. He's thrown off a cliff before 1, which is the part we see here.

He also throws Heihachi off the same cliff, lol. I wonder if T2 and T3 stuff is also in? It seems to be 1, 5 and 6 ending with Jin and Lars.

Many months ago when Namco revealed that the story mode will involve going through the stories of the past tekken games, I sent a joke email to Giant Bomb that they read on the podcast about pressing the QTE to have Heihachi throw Kazuya off a volcano will be a contender for best moment of 2017.

DJ's bio in this game solidifies him. I wouldn't be surprised to see Jin take out Kazumi and then see Kazuya/Heihachi finish off their whole thing and then at the very end of the game it sets up Jin being the "new Kazuya" as Kazuya becomes the "new Heihachi." Actually, I expect it.

Nope... the minute they fucked up Dragon's Nest I just knew the music in this game was ass.

The Tekken 5 version was beyond godly.
