Castlevania III makes sense, I think it's easier to adapt and you have other characters besides Dracula and the guy with the whip. I'm pretty fucking excited.

OK guys, I must've clicked on the wrong trailer, right? Cuz what I just watched looked fucking awesome. There's no way a video game adaption could actually be good, is there? Must not get hyped, must not get hyped...
Not working, I'm hyped as fuck now. Hope this delivers
.

Okay, I'm hyped. I told myself I would check out Castlevania years ago but never did. Is there a collection I can get somewhere? Or where's a good place to start?

I feel like this is too good to exist in our current timeline. Still can't believe this is real and that it actually looks awesome.

how does Netflix just like know what i want, before i even know i want it, then produce it and make it really awesome? [well, sometimes]

seriously, god bless you Netflix.

read: this looks good

The shot after the body falls... the look and colors of that outfit remind me heavily of Simon from the original game.

This looks amazing. And what a great place to start, too. This could provide for seasons worth of quality content if they go in the right order.

This show is a tonal continuation of Lords of Shadow.

I don't think that's true. I'm a fan of both timelines, and it looks more like the storyline of 3 and the art style of the later "Iga-style" games, but Americanized slightly. The only similarities that appear with Lords of Shadow are Scottish accents.
