It's an open world unreal 4 game with a crazy CPU bottleneck. I'll be shocked if its hitting 30fps consistently during the initial game preview launch.

Edit, also the game is pretty slow paced so I think 30FPS on consoles should be alright.

Edit, also the game is pretty slow paced so I think 30FPS on consoles should be alright.

If they can get the controller input latency to something like destiny (100ms) it would yeah, but there's not a lot of devs that do that.

I wouldn't be surprised if this outsells every other console exclusive shown at Microsoft's e3 presser. This game is huge and a ton of fun.

This is a massively popular game. It's an absolutely fantastic title to port to consoles.

It's still in "Early Access" so graphical improvements will come later on. It also had a peak of 197,000 players on Steam today, and there's 50,000+ people watching it being streamed on Twitch right now...

If it is a full exclusive then that's probably the biggest get Microsoft could have gotten.

Although I have this on PC already, I'd love to get a console version of this. PC version has the problem where you have to play it at lowest settings (except draw distance) or you are at a disadvantage, as those with low settings can see other players easier.

Indie devs don't always have the resources to prep more than one port at a time. It makes sense to do one port, release it, and have a revenue stream while you prep the next one.

Because I don't want to play against people that have much better conditions.

This is the big thing. Everyone has the same settings and control input on this version which should make things way more fair and hopefully fun.

I'm not sure if that was to avoid using the weird wording or if it's actually an exclusive.

I think the popularity of this game would bring it to everything though.

Even if the One X runs and has the same draw distance as the X1, you will ALWAYS be playing against someone with better conditions.

Why? Because you're playing on the Internet, and on the Internet people have varied connections which always affect the games, especially this one. I know people that play in the Asia server just because they have a higher ping which makes you harder to hit.

That's not even mentioning XIM-users.
