You can only say acclaimed now because the album dropped. A week ago it would be a laughable statement considering Green Light Flopped while at least Beliver is doing well on the charts and radio. Of course the Imagine Dragons album won't be 80+ metacritic, but it will be a decent album, probably 65+.

You may say that but I've been saying Melodrama would be "our generation's jagged little pill" since it was announced. Literally said that word for word.

To me it was always obvious it would be acclaimed. Green Light is such a risky pop track down to it's structure. There was no way the album wouldn't be in the same vein.

I honestly didn't follow the thread that much when I was banned, so I probably didn't see your comments, and usually I tend to drown out hype-comments...

Ok the other hand...I still think Green Light is average song at best, and it's song structure is the worst thing about it, and the lyrics are incredibly annoying
