It's the most recognizable heroes. Marvel has characters who I would pick over the DC Heroes on this list. I would have picked Silver Surfer over anyone on this list.

Captain America has governmental contacts to help you get into hiding.
Iron Man is the most technologically inventive of the group, so could probably could up with some crazy-ass machine that could protect you.
Wolverine is immortal.

All the Robins have teamed up as one unit. Jason wants to use guns to do the job, but the others aren't having any of it. Stephanie is busying herself being generally forgotten.

Only issue with only 2 days prep time is that batman has to deal with 4 unknown superheroes. 2 days ain't worth shit to find out spidey and iron man are scientific geniuses, Wolverine can't effectively die, and cap signed on for more movies.
